Hi there, I’m Rebecca, founder of The Baby Nutritionist, LLC. Welcome to my blog! I’m so glad you’re here. I wanted to take the opportunity to tell you more about me and my vision for this new journey.
I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), certified lactation counselor (CLC), and mama X 2. I have a Master of Science in Public Health Nutrition and a Master of Public Health.
I LOVE teaching and empowering families to feed babies!
Bad information about feeding babies is EVERYWHERE. In response to this problem, I made it my mission to share only the most current, research-based information in an easy-to-understand format, so that you have a resource you can trust.
My desire is for you to have the tools you need to feel prepared, confident and capable when it comes to feeding your baby; to know what’s normal, what’s not so normal, and when to seek help from your medical provider.
I want your experience feeding your baby to be memorable and enjoyable, free of anxiety or regret.
I intend to communicate research-based information in a safe, non-judgmental manner. I respect all infant-feeding decisions whether you choose to formula feed, breastfeed at the chest, provide donor milk, or exclusively pump.
However, I teach about the scientific differences between formula and breastmilk and what that means for you and your baby so that you can make an informed decision for your family.
Stay tuned for more research-based information about feeding babies. Cheers!
